Scott Elliott has been championing the interests of economic development and public utilities since 1992.  Mr. Elliott represents South Carolina manufacturers before the South Carolina Public Service Commission promoting economic development through just and reasonable electric and natural gas rates. 

Mr. Elliott represents public utilities, both privately and publicly owned.  He has represented utility special purpose districts since 1992 and his experience as a South Carolina Public Service Commissioner has equipped him to represent water, sewer, and telecommunications utilities before the South Carolina Public Service Commission.  Elliott and Elliott, P.A. brings extensive experience and professionalism to every case and customizes its support to each client’s needs and concerns.
